Sticky Cinnamon Buns

 Ingredients:

1 Pkg. Charleston's Dinner Roll Mix

1 Cup Water

Flour

Butter or Margarine

1/4 Cup Sugar

1 tsp Cinnamon

Pancake Syrup

(Optional) Chopped Pecans

 Step 1:

Mix the water with the yeast packet included in the Charleston's Dinner Roll Mix package. Mix this with the dinner roll mix. A bread machine or a mixer make this process easier, but hand needing will work. Let this sit for 15 minutes.

 Step 2:

Roll out on floured surface, making a rectangle.

 Step 3:

Spread the butter or margarine on top, and sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon on.

 Step 4:

Using the longer side of the rectangle, roll the dough into a cylinder. Cut the cylinder into approx. 1 inch thick sections

 Step 5:

Cover the bottom of a baking pan with the syrup, adding pecans to taste. Lay the sections flat onto the pan.

 Step 6:

Let rise 25 minutes in a warm oven, not over 100 degrees Fahrenheit

 Step 7:

 Once they have about doubled in size, bake at 350, for 12-15 mins. Flip the pan onto a plate, so that the syrup is flowing over the rolls.

 Step 8:

Cinnamon bun Icing

    1 cup of powdered sugar

2 -4 tsp of water

1 or 2 drops of vanilla.

Mix until you get

the consistency you like.
