Carolina's Harvest Timeline

Spring of 2005, Carolina's Harvest is started as a small business. It
was in this year that we purchase our first location in Moncks Corner, South
Carolina and received memberships to the FDA and South Carolina’s
Department of Agriculture.
In 2007, Carolina's Harvest launches its first line of packaged bakery
mixes. This included our delicious homemade white bread, dinner rolls, and
biscuits all made with original recipes. In our first year of service, we accepted
an invitation as honored guests to the South Carolina Salute to Small Business
convention, sponsored by the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce.
One year later, Carolina's Harvest helps support the local businesses
and economy by joining an alliance with other restaurants and food businesses
in the state through a program called Fresh On the Menu. This program
commits its members to buy locally grown produce. Also in this year we expand
our business to provide wholesale for local bakeries and restaurants.
In 2009, our second line of products hits the market with
Blueberry Muffins, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Pizza Dough, and Banana Nut
Bread. This included sales at the individual and wholesale level.
Recently, Carolina's Harvest continues to expand with a third line of gourmet
items. 2011 brings the largest expansion in our products yet,
making a total of 10 gourmet mixes. We now offer Cherry Cobbler,
Peach Cobbler, Berry Cobbler, Southern Biscuits, Pineapple Upside-Down Cake,
Strawberry Shortcake, Brownies, and Gourmet Blueberry Muffins, Cookies, and
Banana Nut Bread mixes!
